CARS@AIP provide a DOI for each CARS Release as a packet, a DOI for each table of the release and one DOI for each CARS target. They are formed as follows:
https://doi.org/10.17876/cars/dr.1/ for the data release itself
https://doi.org/10.17876/cars/dr.1/N with 1 to 10 for the 10 tables
https://doi.org/10.17876/cars/dr.1/NNN with 101 to 141 for the 41 objects
